良茶，顧名思義，即優良的涼茶產品。隅，讀音癒(jyu6)，有角落的意思，意為街角一隅之地。隅讀音近癒，表現了良茶隅產品希望幫助客人療癒身體的意念。

自1996年始，原於沙田的中藥行開始自製涼茶產品服務沙田街坊。我們信譽一直昭著，與顧客建立了鞏固及深厚的交情。我們於2013年底在香港觀塘開設第一間良茶隅專門店，亦深受區內上班族歡迎。
